Hidden In The Womb: A Noob Blogger
As it has been a while since I blogged, I thought I better type a wee update, if nothing but for practice.
It feels a relief to be able to genuinely say that “I’m writing for myself”. Being a noob writer, blogger and website owner / developer /thingamabob is fun with it’s ‘beginner’ challenges. Ah, such is life: having to learn from one’s own mistakes etcetera. etcetera.
Noob, I like that word (even though it appears this spelling of newbie has not been accepted by the official Gods of Language). It sort of looks like an elongated version of nob and seems to sit well with my silly male ego as well as the metaphorical theme these titles are following (impregnation, growth and uncertainty of development).
I’ve been thinking a lot about the website and this blog, what it actually means and what I want it to be (but not too much!). I want to tie together interests so that this blog can actually be about something coherent, rather than me raving on about its development. And harping on about this makes me realise I’m writing about, for all it’s worth, nothing.
And that not very interesting, is it?
